South Lyon CrossFit Training Programs

Adult Crossfit Classes South Lyon

The Xl8 CrossFit classes in Northville are high-energy classes taught by certified CrossFit trainers. Workouts are written on a whiteboard where students keep accurate scores and records of their workout. Every class includes standards for performance and a running clock.

We use the same routines for all members, regardless of their fitness or skill level. CrossFit routines are designed to scale individual loads and intensity based on fitness level. So everyone completes the same routine, just at different speeds, weights, and intensity.

CrossFit combines movements from gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing, and more - with the goal of moving the largest loads the longest distances. By varying your training and doing more work in less time, you get a more intense workout across all muscle groups, thereby creating a more powerful core, and a more powerful you. Our members leave class exhilarated, satisfied, and pumped for the next class!

CrossFit Membership

Our CrossFit Membership is an unlimited monthly membership. To obtain a CrossFit membership and participate in our CrossFit classes, you will need to complete the Onramp Program, which is five personal training sessions (60-minute sessions).

Bootcamp Membership

Our Bootcamp Only Membership is an unlimited monthly membership . Bootcamp members can join any Bootcamp class at any location.

Punch Cards

Punch Cards are specific to this location and are not transferred to other locations or other people. You can use your card for any class however, you cannot do CrossFit unless you have been through our OnRamp program.

Annual Membership

Our Annual Membership is a discounted unlimited membership (non-transferable and non-refundable). Enjoy any class, any time or come in for a workout. Same OnRamp prerequisite applies for our CrossFit class.

Kids Crossfit Classes South Lyon

Our dream at Hines Park CrossFit is to foster a generation of healthy individuals who can enjoy freedom of movement and activity throughout their lives. The truth is, kids enrolled in our CrossFit Kids program expand their comfort boundaries, meet new friends, and have a really great time being active with like-minded peers.

Our program combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics, and weightlifting. As well as being engaged and entertained, the kids progressively maximize their physical skills and competitive spirit in a supportive social setting. This pairing of fitness and fun creates a lifelong love of health and fitness.

CrossFit Kids is ideal for children age 6+. Our Big Dawgs program is intended for young teens who have been doing CrossFit Kids regularly and have comfortably mastered the movements. The progression from CrossFit Kids to our Big Dawgs program typically occurs after one to two years actively participating in CrossFit Kids, and depends on their individual level of fitness and experience.

Fitness is not "one size fits all" and we understand this better than anyone. We built our programs to accommodate a variety of fitness levels and commitment availability. Give us a try! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!
